Shipping Policy

Shipping dates are listed on the product page. From time to time, production and shipping updates will be communicated via email to subscribed customers in the form of e-newsletters.

Once the production process is complete, we will send you the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

The duration of the shipping process may change due to factors that might delay shipment.

Premiumworked is unable to take in any requests for lower item declaration as we are required to declare the value of the item truthfully for each package. 

We do not charge any customs duties on all our shipments, however we are unable to guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your item when it reaches your country. Your package may still be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the government of the destination country. 

These fees are only assessed when your order has reached the destination and they are your responsibility as a citizen. Customs policies vary from country to country so we encourage you to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to placing your order.
